The staff were great, except for one breakfast staff. Free breakfast included small but tasty pancakes with cream. Good location near Privoz, center, and transport to the beach. Luggage storage available. Room had working fridge. One room had no window, which provided a unique sleeping experience.

This hotel really offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. I loved the location, which is almost in the city center. It made it so convenient to explore everything the city has to offer. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Despite the rooms being without windows, the basic amenities were well-maintained. I also appreciated the separate air conditioner in the room, which ensured a comfortable stay.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The hotel is in an ideal location, very close to the main attractions and the city center. It is also conveniently near a tram stop, making it easy to access the train station. The rooms are basic but clean, and some of them have windows for natural light. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a store just next door for any necessities.
The breakfast options in the immediate neighborhood were not easily accessible before 10 am.
